Which California candidate is more likely to make runoff, if any? I think John Chiang has a far better chance because he's a serious candidate who holds statewide office.

The polls still have many undecideds. Chiang is a serious candidate. Who knows what will happen in the next few months? A candidate would likely make the runoff with 7% if only the first place finisher gets 40%+.

Chiang, but the race will be a showdown between Newsom and Villaraigosa and Newsom will win because he is better
