Jake, a hysterectomy is not the same as tubal ligation - a hysterectomy is a major operation that involves the removal of the entire womb in most cases and is usually only performed to treat cancer these days.

I mentioned it only as one step that could be taken. Having a tubal ligation didn't flow as well in my post. I am aware of the difference though.

I strongly agree although I don't support the government doing it or anything like forcing them. They should make a decision not to reproduce but it won't happen so yeah.
