They say April 12 is "Day Zero" but with residents unable to keep their water usage anywhere close to the 50 liter/day max, I wouldn't be surprised if they ran out of water in the next two months. This is a big deal. Water scarcity, in a world 2C+ hotter, is the future.

nearly every one of them were self caused by moronic or corrupt govts and a couple of them are because there are too many humans in a place that can't handle that many humans.  Some are rather easily solved (too many people in London), some not so much (Moscow after a hundred years of heavy handed govt control of everything, everything is gross, toxic or radioactive.)
