Given a constrained ability to introduce and debate legislation, I have officially reformed the Standing Orders of Parliament to index the number of items allowed on the floor to the number of sitting MPs, as opposed to a hard ceiling of three.

With the Discord will arguments and debate about bills still be presented to the public? It seems good to make debating easier but there needs to be an effort to still have transparency.

The discord is primarily used for sending out notifications on legislation in the parliament and proposing new ideas. All debate has been kept public for the reason you cited.
