Here is my own prediction for the Dems and Reps that have been slightly modified with Jindal and the war between Bernie, Sanders, and Clinton:

I just don't see Sanders having an appeal to the Indiana and Great Plains voters when there is Bredesen as an alternative to Clinton. Result is the same, Clinton nomination

If Jindal does what he did in the 2012 game, then, well, we could be seeing a Nomination of Jindal as he would be seen as a more moderate Ted Cruz. Still, as of rn, Cruz and Paul might get the nomination.

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT

“This has been fun... but I’m withdrawing my campaign and endorsing Senator Santorum. He knows how to handle this country. He will be the best possible nominee to face, and beat the democrats. I love you all. Bon Jovi forever!”

Santorum dropped out. You can endorse Jindal though.

Tempted to join, I love me a election game. Dunno if I wanna jump into the primaries, or maybe pick a 3rd party.

You could run as  Lamar Alexander for the REPs

I have a better idea:

I'll play as Jesse Ventura running with the Libertarian party.

If Rand Paul get the nomination, you're doomed tho.

That is something to consider yes. Hmm, I'd hate to wait till primaries are over.

You can go for Angus King, who is quite popular already.

I was also considering him yes. Though I'd run into a similar issue if Bernie wins.

Than perhaps the best choice is Lieberman. He has been an Indpendent since 2006 and has more favorable stances than Bernie and can easily sneak voters from the Reps.

Two different niches. Angus is centrist, Bernie's left. Bernie nomination might actually help Angus.

Good point. Only Bredesen's nomination would hurt King or Lieberman.

If I do lose the Primary, I'll announce my Candidacy for the TN Senate in 2018 that way Bredesen may be able to remain a strong challenge to any Republican or Democrat President that he thinks doesn't have the best ideas in mind for America.

Is Grassroots going to close the turn tonight?

When he gets back, yes. But I think we should still follow his rules and elect a temporary moderater when he isn't here.

I think this will be the first official results of each primary for each state if the current polls continue:

Bredesen is currently leading in Iowa and possibly SC too, so expect him to win those states, Bernie may be able to snatch NH, but NV is a sure Clinton win.

Cruz can definitely carry IA but he may not be the best fit for NH, SC, and NV. I fully expect Jindal to carry SC and NV while Portman carries NH

also, here is the current Cruz v Clinton v King situation:

Due to vote splitting, quite a few states will be very different

Endorsements do matter, but not as much as campaign quality.

Agreed. If you have an endorsement from the President himself but you run a sucky campaign, you'll be running into a brick wall with voters and getting knock backed hard.

Agreed. Although, not sure what I am doing wrong exactly. I don't play these types of campaign games often. Any tips?

You're best bet is to continuously state how you're going to implement your ideas and what they are. If possible and needed, defend them. Don't rely on surrogates, fight to show everyone how you stand.

If possible, Jason can play as Wesley Clark, Jill Stein, Gary Johnson, Joe Lieberman, Bill Walker, or Jesse Ventura

Or maybe even Lamar Alexander (IIRC, the GOP hates him a lot for his Bi-Partisanship, especially the Tea Party members, who practically control the GOP by now and they threatened to primary him in 2014)

If you want to be an independent, here are my suggestions, JH. I doubt that there better choices that aren't celebrities or oddities. If you want to be an underdog, Bill Walker as an independent is your best bet.
