I hate when people get worked up about this bullshlt, but there is a pretty huge difference between what Florida State University does and what the University of Illinois did and this.  The former had dignified school symbols that tried to honor American Indian culture; the latter is a ridiculously exaggerated parody of an entire people.  Good move.

Not good enough. The Indians, like any other team with a Native American nickname, should be forced to change their name as well.

See also the Washington Redskins, Florida State Seminoles, and many others.

Florida State explicitly has the support of the Seminole Tribe. So does any other college using a tribe name mascot.

NewYorkExpress has decided what's right for Native American people ... I highly doubt he or she really cares what the actual Native Americans you referred to think.

The difference between this caricature of literally all Native American people and the traditions at the University of Illinois and Florida State honoring specific Native peoples from those states is simply night and day:
