That's weird, I thought that like most laws some people would benefit and others wouldn't.

Filled out my mail-in ballot.

If you don't know what any of the Propositions are and just walk into the voting booth, I don't think many will able to discern from the language on the ballot that Prop 6 is the gas tax repeal. The way it's written definitely helps boost the "no" side in my opinion.

Yes:         41%  (+2)
No:          48%  (-4)
Don't know:   11%  (+3)


Prop 10 (Expansion of local rent control)

Yes:         25%   (-11)
No:          60%   (+12)
Don't know:   15%  (-1)



Random aside, my ballot is sealed and waiting to be delivered. Yes on all except 5, 6, and 11
