Wow, this is a shocker. Challenger Courtney Tritch outraised freshman Representative Jim Banks in Q4. Although the district is very red and I'm still rating it Safe R, it's just an indication that Democrats are turning out in every corner of the country. The district is mostly comprised of the Fort Wayne metropolitan area, one of the most republican cities in the country.

Don't count on it. That money's coming from somewhere, and national Dems weren't throwing money at IN-03. Though they might now.
