Brown needs to glue his ass to his Senate seat. Had Cordray won I would be completely gung-ho with a Brown candidacy/VP selection, but his Senate seat is more worthwhile than either of those at this point. Anyway, even if he was the nominee, Harris would probably be the best choice for his running mate.

Anyone of our nominees can win without OH, VA. Dems don't need Brown, in order to beat Trump. Haven't Beto been dispelled already, as a candidate. We tried a newcomer in 2004, Edwards, and he didn't live up to expectations

Yes, I agree that Harris is the obvious choice for S. Brown's running mate.

What the hell? We also tried a newcomer in 2008, who was WAY more of a newcomer then Edwards, mind you, and we won big.

There can't be 2 white males on the dem ticket in 2020. I can't see it happening. Anyway beto his best pick is Klobuchar or baldwin and for brown it would be Harris.

I would love it, of course, but idpol Dems would whine about it for obvious reasons. In a GE it would work great.

Idpol? That's one way to make the term even dumber and more simplistic.

Not to mention not every opinion we have is whining. I’d like to see a more balanced ticket, since I’m being asked my opinion of it. The use of “whine” is more about bagel’s agenda than Dems.

Having two straight white men representing Dems is the most identity politics thing there is. Try again.

This is an easy way to give the GOP a senate seat.
