Two things:

1-In Paragraph 2 of Section I (did I do that right?), it crosses out "and Deputy Speaker". Does this eliminate the position of Deputy Speaker?

2-I'm still not hooked on the idea of there being a Majority/Minority leader. I don't think the Chamber is active or large enough for there to be a need for the offices.

1 - Yeah. 3 officers over 2.

2 - Thats why I divorced majority and minority leadership from any actual power, other than the power to expedite bills by waiving the 48-hour rule. The factions decide when or if they vote for a leader, not the chamber as a whole.

You may want to scrub out some of the language that has to do with the Deputy Speaker in paragraph 6.

I do believe that, as deans of their respective blocs, Lechasseur and DTC will serve as interim Majority and Minority leaders until leaders are elected.
