Pretty self-explanatory, this is based on recent events in which a lottery winner had to disclose their name to recieve the money. While I understand the argument about security of the lottery (which is addressed in the bill), revealing the name of the winner could not only put the winner's life in danger, but their family and relatives. Lottery winners must be guaranteed a right to privacy.

Don't see anything wrong with this. Right to privacy is important for all winners in circumstances like these with winnings of large amounts of money.

Seems like a good idea, since a lot of money can often put a target on someone, and I don't see any reason why they /should/ be mandatorily public. Can anyone think of one?
