Nay.

This bill has some good parts, like making some medicines/medical devices available over the counter, but I can't vote for any bill that imposes price controls on prescription drugs, especially one as low as the inflation rate. What's not rationed by price will ultimately be rationed some other way, like by time, i.e. scarcity.
