I think blue laws, at least as applied to alcohol sales have already been repealed; the ban on guns in churches is in a pending bill, as are sunday hunting restrictions.

We repealed the ban on wearing masks in public last session, but i guess trick or treating still might be regulated as door to door solicitation without a permit. I can check.
