Really weird story: Nicholson's parents both donated the maximum- to Tammy Baldwin

From what it sounds like, they and their son are estranged due to their political differences.

Not that I think it’ll matter, Vukmir should easily win the primary

Leah Vukmir annoys me.

Also, fun story. On one of the things she posted on Instagram, she tagged Tammy Baldwin, but it was actually just some random account named TammyBaldwin that wasn't even the Senator. I made a comment on the post poking fun at that, and when I came back to the post a few hours later, the tag was gone and my comment was removed, lol

Interesting article by HuffPost about Baldwin's reelection campaign.

Also, she's airing her first TV ads of the cycle. They highlight her work on Buy American legislation and work with John McCain on lower prescription drug costs.

Lol, not with Democrats having a 12 point advantage in voter enthusiasm, which is 10 points better than Republicans were in 2014.

Yikes, Baldwin probably would've been blown out in a Clinton midterm. Thanks, Trump Smiley

Sucks we couldn't have seen some polling for the general election, but oh well. Baldwin doesn't have much to worry about regardless.

Wow, if that would have happened, Republicans really could have gotten to a filibuster-proof majority.

Baldwin's vulnerability is understated. Wisconsin hasn't delivered many statewide wins for democrats lately. Her favorables are abysmal and she doesn't have much cross-over appeal. The GOP could easily turn this into a Madison/Milwaukee vs everyone else type of campaign.

We scored two de facto statewide wins in 2017 and 2018(State Superintendent and Supreme Court Primary, and probably the Supreme Court General Election too)

Baldwin out with another good ad.

I'm impressed with how much of a truly authentically populist campaign she's running. I think she will do quite well in Driftless and in rural Wisconsin in general as she did in 2012. That, combined with juiced up turnout and crazy margins in Dane(and to a slightly lesser extent Milwaukee) County plus a slightly better margin in WOW(because, ya know, Trump) will easily win the day. Particularly after the Supreme Court Election results, I can honestly see her winning by double digits.

I'll be interested to see how Tammy does in the Fox Valley. That ad was a good one, and Dallet really overperformed there. I feel like perhaps FoxConn activated a ton of "where is my bailout!?" sentiment in that part of the state.

If she can replicate Dallet's county wins with higher turnout she has this in the bag.

Why would young voters vote for Leah Vukmir?

If the republicans are seriously this misguided, I have little sympathy for them.

Apparently, a state in which Trump won by less than a point is more of a priority than a state that he won by slightly over 20? Pitiful. They can only blame themselves if Baldwin wins by high single digits to double digits. Tester isn’t even safe atm.
