if you don't use one, just skip it.  If you use weird sh**t, feel free to add.  Everything is in the fridge at my house except PB, syrup and hot sauce, but apparently some people keep those things cold.  PB seems like it would be hard to work with cold.  The ketchup and mustard get left out all the time, the boy keeps his own bottle of Heinz in his room.  I've been thinking about taking the soy sauce out, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Mustard, ketchup, mayo, salad dressings and soy sauce in the fridge.

Syrup, peanut butter and hot sauce at room temperature.

In terms of "weird" stuff I use, I keep sriracha in the fridge even though it is a hot sauce.

If it's opened, it goes in the fridge. Not peanut butter, though, as I find it detestable and isn't allowed in my home.

Syrup, hot sauce, and peanut butter are room temp... honestly I should keep the ketchup and mustard out since I prefer them at room temp over cold.

Sometimes if I get that natural separating peanut butter I put t in the fridge so I don't have to stir it every time... but it's a trade off.

My salad dressing isn't in the fridge as it's mostly unopened in the pantry.

Obviously most will last longer (as in taste good) if you refrigerate them... but commonly used condiments that are shelf stable can be stored in the cupboard.  Provided you have good A/C.

I'd definitely never keep mayonnaise out... that's just askin for trouble.  (unless it's a squeeze bottle... if you're sticking a dirty knife in there you might as well eat a piece of medium rare chicken)

This, although atm, I only have ketchup, mustard, and two sauces from Whataburger.

My fridge usually contains:

* milk
* butter
* juice
* eggs
* cheese
* mayo
* ketchup
* cocktail sauce
* mustard
* toast bread
* sandwiches
* jelly
* joghurt
* paprika
* tomatoes
* sausages
* bacon
* wurst

(in the frozen area):

* fish
* vegetables with added cream
* baguettes with stuff on it
* pizza
* I also freeze bread, so it won't get hard

We do (I do it too), but it makes no sense. I keep soy sauce and the like on room temperature. Don't use mayo or ketchup.

I never even knew people put peanut butter in the fridge. Why?

just out.  We ('muricans, apparently Scandinavians, Aussies and the Japanese too) have to keep ours cold because as part of the process the outer enamel is washed off the eggs, allowing the salmonella virus(?) to potentially be able to penetrate the shell.  Articles like this (NPR) tells me you guys don't wash off the enamel and are thus free to keep your eggs at whatever temperature you want.
