Mustard, mayo, and salad dressing belong in the fridge. Everything else stays out, though I don't mind cold soy sauce or hot sauce. I don't like cold ketchup though, and I assumed everyone else kept ketchup out of the fridge as well. That's been my experience in almost everywhere I've been.
