Roby probably loses in 2020. Bright might have won if he didn't support Nancy Pelosi for Speaker when he was in office.

Republicans don't need former conservative Democrats in the South, as was the case even decade ago. They have wide own bech now. So, i doubt, that few remaining moderate conservative Democrats in the region (there are no solid conservatives among existing Democratic legislators, AFAIK) have bright future in Republican party. 20-30 years ago - sure. 10 years ago - may be. Now - no.
