Suppose Russia does nothing to interfere in the US elections in the 2016 election cycle.  Do either the Democratic or Republican primaries change at all?  Do any states vote differently?  Are the final national vote totals for any candidate even 1% different?

Trump is not the Republican nominee, instead it's probably Cruz or Rubio.

Clinton still wins the Democratic nomination.

You’re probably right. I would say that the only primaries that Trump would win are West Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York. I also feel that John Kasich would do a lot better, perhaps winning the Republican nomination after a brokered convention.

No differences, Rubio went too far in with TV ads and not enough ground game. Cruz relied too much on a narrow base.

Trump was pretty much a lock after Rubio turned out to be a paper tiger, and was highly favored after the first debate.

And as for Dems, Bernie didn't really take off until Michigan. Sure Iowa was close, and he won NH, but he didn't seem that serious and even let The South be a slaughter which locked in for Hillary.
