Should Hillary have done the constant bus tours like Bill did?

During the 1992 campaign, Bill Clinton and Al Gore campaigned vigorously with bus tours through states like Ohio and Pennsylvania. Should Hillary just have done essentially the same thing to connect to the rural working class of the Rust Belt?

69-year old Hillary was not as physically fit as 46-year old Bill. I really think most analysis of the election undersells how difficult it was for her to run a national campaign given her age and health or how the September "exhaustion incident" handicapped her ability to travel.

To be fair, that might not have mattered as she did visit Pennsylvania a couple of times and lost it by a similar margin, but I guess her problem was targeting the wrong set of voters in states like PA and OH though.

I think it's her specifically. Trump is a full 16 months older than her. Notice that his rallies were kind of like the bus tour?
