Assuming Dick Gephardt wins the Democratic nomination in 2004 and picks Bob Graham for the VP slot, how does the ticket perform against Bush/Cheney? Any other events stays the same. Discuss with maps.

Well, a Gephardt/Graham ticket would definitely win Missouri and Florida, and I don't see Bush winning the election without those two states.
