Ross Perot never drops out and is elected in the House of Representatives after Bush and Clinton fail to gain 270 EV.

Perot then forms the Reform party and runs against Senator Bob Dole and Senator Al Gore.

Who wins?  Discuss with maps.

If he's done a good job, he wins against the two party system properly. If he's done a bad job, the House elects Gore.

What does a Perot reelection victory map look like to you?
