This isn't even a threat. California doesn't buy into his vision of illegals being predominantly raping, murdering gangbangers. Threats don't work if they don't scare the recipient, not that Donald Trump ever follows through on his threats, but the underlying narrative he's tapping into doesn't even resonate with California lawmakers and he's blissfully unaware of it.
