I think Al Franken should run for his seat again this fall.  He'll win easily.

He's not going to resign. His ads are a clear indicator that he's a delusional nutcase who would never admit fault.

He should, though I doubt he will.

This, and neither the State Legislature nor the State Attorney General is going to do anything about it, so he is going to remain governor until he is forced out when he loses re-election.

They also REALLY want voters to know the prosecutor is a black woman from St. Louis, for some reason 🤔🤔🤔

I know this is tongue in cheek, but Mittens supporters buy into this.  We've lost our minds.

No, he won't resign, and yes, he should.

Impeachment is probably looming, but its not certain.

I meant Greitens.  That was my smartphone using autocorrect  on steroids and I posted without looking.  I usually don't use that.

Mitt Romney's supporters would probably call for him to resign.  When you're in a Safe R state, folks feel more comfortable living their faith and morals than when they're in a Swing state and moral failings can cause partisan reversal.  Sad, but true.

What the man did is wrong, period.  Enough for his resignation, even if it did not rise to the level of a crime.  Missouri is the home base for a number of Evangelical denominations.  It's time for Christians who believe in the Word of God to stop bifurcating their faith, call for this man to repent and confess, and shun him until he does so.  The whole purpose of shunning the unrepentant sinner is to drive him to seek God's forgiveness.  As a Christian, I would do Grietens harm if I joined him in his ridiculous denials (liberal prosecutor, George Soros, etc.).

The Missouri House Investigative committee issued their report on the incident.  Actually worse than I expected.  The woman graphically testified that she was raped.  I'm not even pulling out excerpts.  Just read it yourself

I think he eventually will but only as/when the narrative gets uglier “kicking and screaming” his way out.
