Ok, I added divisions to make things interesting. Yes, I know the Thunder are in Lincoln, but that's just to try to balance things out lol. These are subject to change as we get more teams

For the divisions, I suggest maybe making a fourth "Central Division" so we can balance them without placing teams in the wrong region.
