That is, describe someone who was basically OK with Hillary being President, but not Bill.

I realize many counties (and one state, VA) fit that pattern, but I am talking about an individual voter. In any given county or state, there were many 2016 voters who were not old enough to vote (or maybe not even born) in 1996, and many 1996 voters who had since died. Not to mention people moving into and out of the county/state. Of course, such a person would be 20 or 24 years older when they voted Hillary, than when they voted George or Bob.

Besides someone whose politics simply changed over time, the only person I can think of is (1) someone who is strongly opposed to a President with allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior (which would rule out a vote for Bill Clinton or Donald Trump), or (2) someone who opposed a "draft dodger" becoming President (Bill Clinton and Donald Trump got out of the draft; George H. W. Bush and Hillary Clinton did not).

Any other thoughts?
