Is Tuition-free College or Single-payer Healthcare better for Dems to focus on?

Both are unlikely to happen, but both are still important and should at least be discussed. I think single-payer health care affects more people of all ages though, and would be the more appealing issue for a Democratic campaign to focus on.

Healthcare, I guess, but we've had great success with healthcare already, and should turn our attention to something like immigration reform, tax reform, infrastructure, or climate change.

I wouldn't say 12-ish % uninsured in the US is a good enough stopping point.

Not only that but most who are insured can still barely afford their healthcare costs.

Healthcare, if choosing one, should be higher priority since it directly affects everyone.
