How many hours do you usually sleep a night? And do you feel it's enough, just right or too much.

For me, usually 6-7 hours from Monday to Friday. At the weekend or on vacation, mostly between 7 and 8 hours a night. I think that's just about right. I discovered that a nine hour night doesn't lead to more energy the next day, while one night with less than 6 hours is fine also as long as it's not more than twice in a row.

If I have a morning lecture\work (which will be every day starting from next semester)- 6 hours at best, sometimes less. Definitely not enough, I'll try to improve that by going to sleep earlier. In weekends or if I'm starting late- usualy something like 7-8 hours, which is enough but I go to sleep too late and wake up too early. I need to do better on this front overall, lol.

4-6 hours, should be more.

Interestingly, I sleep less on vacations.

I rarely get to sleep more than 2 or 4 in a row, but I do try to get 7 or 8 hours in a day.  I've been working midshift (11pm to 7am) since 1999.

8.5

And if I am less than that, the cumulative deficit is regained on the weekends or breaks from work.

I prefer to calculate my sleep over a 24-hour rolling period.
