Anywhere from 5.5 to 8. Those both being the extremes. And on the weekends that could go up to 10 or even 12 hours. It seems 7.5 is around the mean for me.

On work days I have to wake up at 5:15am and I don’t usually fall asleep until about 12am (give or take 30 mins). So, I guess I average 5 hours per night. Then I work in a busy kitchen for 8 hours and rarely ever take a nap. I wish I got more sleep, especially when I first wake up and feel so miserable, but I function just fine on 5 hours.

6-8 hours. I usually try for the 8 hour end of that range but end up getting the 6 hour end of the range.
