Hillary still loses, Trump still wins but:

This is the result

Closest States:

Minnesota: 0.2%
Arizona: 0.4%
Florida: 0.8%

New Hampshire: 1%
Maine: 1.8%

Michigan: 2%
North Carolina: 2.3%
Pennsylvania: 2.5%
Georgia: 3.2%
Wisconsin: 3.8%

Nevada: 4.5%
Colorado: 5.2%

I do not know how exactly come these results would happen, but what would the reaction be?

Trump probably lost the popular vote by a bigger margin (~3-4%).  My reaction would be surprised that Trump performed so poorly in the sunbelt, but still won Florida.

Honestly, I could see these margins in 2020 if Trump turns out the rustbelt, but college educated whites continue to trend against him.

This would make me angrier than the actual results.

Why would it change anything? There's no difference in the electoral outcome and the Democrats already hold up Hillary having won the popular vote.
