My guess:

Allegheny:
57.8 Lamb
40.7 Saccone
1.5 Miller and write ins

Westmoreland:
55.9 Saccone
42.4 Lamb
1.7 Miller and write ins

Washington:
51.1 Saccone
47.4 Lamb
1.5 Miller and write ins

Greene:
54.2 Saccone
44.4 Lamb
1.4 Miller and write ins

I am estimating Allegheny at 43%, Westmoreland at 33%, Washington at 20% and Greene at 4%. Could be wrong though.
