Frankly depends on the winner of 2020. If Castro is the incumbent president, Shapiro might have a chance like Romney 2012. However, Castro is the overwhelming favorite should this be an open election after a GOP hold in 2020.
Neither are appealing at all. Shapiro is an arrogant grating know-it-all who loves to humiliate his opponents regardless if it makes him more appealing. Castro is a milquetoast phony ladder climber. Expect low turnout.
