     You are correct, which means I am doing this wrong. A Senator needs to sponsor the amendment for us to proceed on it. I am cancelling the vote on the amendment. Should a Senator sponsor it in an unaltered form, I have it noted that Senator wxtransit has accepted the amendment as friendly.
