What is your opinion on drug legalization?

I support legalization of soft drugs and decriminalization of hard ones.

yes for all because you shouldn't put people in jail for self harm.

Decriminalize hard drugs, legalize the rest.

No to all of the above.  I would be OK with decriminalizing marijuana use and/or possession, or even allowing medical marijuana with a prescription from a licensed physician, but otherwise I completely support our existing drug laws.

Marijuana: Legal
The other "soft" drugs: Legal but quite restricted. I think the best way to handle it would be to keep off sale prohibited but allow them to be used on site in special licensed "recreational centers".
Hard drugs: Illegal but penalties and methods of enforcement need to be greatly reformed like Portugal.

All personal drug use should be decriminalized.

Pot should be fully legal.

LSD/shrooms/other hallucinogens I support legalizing but regulation and oversight should be significantly tighter if only because the potential side effects are more dangerous.  I don't know how many people have actually jumped off a building from using them, but some anecdotes I've heard have led me to be more cautious about them.

Cocaine should be legal.

Heroin, meth, and bath salts should not.

Voted no on all assuming medical marijuana looks like it does in the US now. I would support changing its categorization to allow for actual regulated medical use in a manner like we do every other medicine.

Yes to all three of the specific ones you cite. Did not vote on the "hard drugs" category because I am uncertain as to its boundaries and putting cocaine and heroin in the same category is somewhat incoherent (for the record: heroin is a hard drug and its propagation should definitely remain illegal, though there is no point in criminalizing ordinary users; cocaine is really no harder than ethanol, and while pure cocaine should be highly restricted, much like pure ethanol is, there's no particular reason cocaine that is cut with something inert and regulated in a consistent fashion couldn't be legalized, and we could bring it back as an ingredient in teas and soft drinks like South American countries do).

The recreational drug that I am by far the most in favor of legalizing is MDMA (much more so than weed), which you did not include or even mention in your poll.

Literally every drug should be legal and available over the counter for anyone over the age of 12.

Cocaine is not a "hard" drug.

It's nothing like heroin, meth, or crack (yes I know crack is made from coke, but you know what I mean, don't be a 5 year old).
