Looking over the Wikipedia article for the NYC mayoral election, 2013, I noticed that Hillary was considered a "possible candidate" for the Democratic nomination.
Had she run and won, how would this have impacted her chances, campaign, and performance in 2016? I could easily see it swinging either way; either she's saddled moreso with the coastal liberal meme, or she has at least some direct governing experience and real accomplishments to point to... or both.
EDIT: This is probably better suited for a what-if board, my bad.
