PS: I don't consider the lack of Washington D.C. a mistake, as this map is supposed to be about the U.S. states and the Canadian provinces and territories.

Northwest Territory (instead of Northwest Territories)
Upper Peninsula in Wisconsin instead of Michigan
That pink island in the far south Hudson Bay belongs to Nunavut and not to Quebec
The western Maryland panhandle is shown as part of Pennsylvania

Not sure about the other

The Oklahoma Panhandle goes all the way over Texas, and Wyoming is wrong. What’s wrong with MA and CT?

The sad thing about that map is the fact that I wanted to look for a North American map that contains all U.S. states and Canadian provinces. And that map was the first result on Google Images. Embarrassing, isn't it?  Undecided

That's right. I didn't realize that.
I had also considered whether to perceive Coos County and Southern Ontario as mistakes, but all the borders are drawn in such a sloppy way in general that it's hard for me to call all mistakes. Tongue
