In this extremely unlikely event, who would've succeeded Hitler? There are quite a few distinct possibilities. Hess, Goering, Himmler, Goebbels, Heydrich, etc. Speer maybe? Bormann?

I've actually been looking into this and still have no idea.

In this scenario Hitler probably doesn't invade the Soviet Union, or is successful, so either Hess (before Soviet Invasion) or Bormann (after Soviet Invasion).

Erich Kempka or Otto Ernst Remer if Hitler demands someone he personally trusts succeed him. If it breaks out into a war of the personalities, I can see Heinz Heydrich taking power, calling back Otto Strasser, and slowly but surely building up an opposition group to Goebbels.

Goring would officially succeed Hitler as a compromise candidate for Chancellor (the title Fuhrer would probably be a "sacred" title for Hitler alone).

It would be akin to the USSR after the death of Stalin. With no one person having absolute power and more of a government by consensus.

Wilhelm Schepmann, Heinrich Müller, and Alfred Wünnenberg, as the three leaders of the three branches of armed forces, would either work together or struggle to the point that the army intervened.

The US probably then waits until 1946 and then uses Nuclear Weapons to Defeat Them. There is no way Germany can get the bomb before 1946 so they will eventually be defeated .
