OH MY GOD.

This is VA-Sen 2008 all over again if Arpaio is the nominee if this pollster is reputable.

I don't think Arpaio will be the nominee however he can still win Maricopa by a few points.
-OH is a republican pollster so a bit surprised they released this.
-OH/ABC15 released a poll back in January that had ward at 25 and McSally at 31 and Arpaio in the middle at 29. I think this poll shows that Ward is picking off the Arpaio votes
-Also in terms of credibility, I am going to say this pollster is most credible in terms of trends because they are the only pollster to have polled the race more than once (3 times, their first showed McSally loosing to Ward in a head to head match up by 8 points as would be expected)

So it's definitive. McSally is the Republican senate candidate who has the best chance to defeat Kyrsten Sinema.

This thread title was an entertaining troll, but we're a bunch of wise-asses and trolling thread titles would drive out the good ones here pretty quickly, so let's enjoy this as a one-time thing knowing that copycats will get less tolerance.

Yes, and I appreciate it when people report them.

Just out of curiosity, what is Sinema's ancestry?
Is she Hispanic, Portuguese, Italian?

Impossible. I was told that the 2016 trends in the Sun Belt were a one-off cuz Clinton was a good fit for those states and that AZ is still likely R.

Maybe some Italian, English, and Scandinavian?

Martha McSally will end up ruling Arizona when she gains her Senate seat

Lol don't set unrealistic expectations.

I don't get the R obsessions with McSally. She's the most mediocre candidate this election cycle.

Just because McSally isn't a convicted criminal or a looney doesn't mean she has a good chance against Sinema.   Even if she wins the GOP primary she's in for the fight of her life.

Only under a Trump Presidency could we possibly get a bisexual, female, atheist Senator from Arizona no less! I never thought I would see the day.

FTR, Arizona was the first state to reject a ban on same-sex marriage at the ballot box.

TBF, the 2006 failure was blamed on the amendment also banning civil unions, and a ban on marriage alone was passed in 2008.

Unfortunately for the Dems jerking off about the Arpaio numbers, his "campaign" has been a total joke and he basically has a next to zero chance of winning the primary.

On the bright side, he'll probably continue bleeding support to Ward over the next few months, who is a much weaker opponent than McSally.

Sinema has gotten trashed on her facebook about supporting cuts to Social Security by voting for the balanced budget. I don't think she's going to win the primary at this rate. I have no idea why she votes so conservative. Arizona isn't a Trump+30 state. She can win statewide without being literally the most right-wing democrat in the House.

Or the Class III seat opens up and one of Ward or Arpaio switch to that race. Which would probably seal McSally's fate in the primary. Regardless, I think this race is still Leans D with McSally. She's pretty overrated by the same "experts" who think Rick Scott and Dean Heller make their respective Senate races tossups.

McSally is overrated but I'm not sure anyone could match Heller's level. Literally beat some corrupt lady under ethics investigation that looks like a wax figure with a bad wig on by a massive 1 point with 46% of the vote. Meanwhile Dems are winning in Alabama and R+11 districts, but clearly it's a toss up because MUH INCUMBENCY and something something unions!
