No. David Duke lives in Mandeville, St. Tammany Parish.

Just looking at voting patterns, it would seem to be full of racists. Look at how Jindal did there in the 2003 Gubernatorial election for example. He lost it by 21% despite being a standard conservative Republican... I wonder why.

And how many votes did Ronny get? The inhabitants surely had to dither between him and Dukey.
