Short and simple:

Does the current FLOTUS have the right to ballot in U.S. election?
Furthermore, is she eligible to be elected president?

Since she's not a natural born citizen, no. If she was, however, being First Lady obviously doesn't preclude you from running for anything.

But she could still run for governor or Senate, correct?
And she is allowed to vote for presidents, right?

The only Constitutional difference between naturalized citizens and natural-born citizens is the ability to be President (or Vice-President) of the United States.

Has she become a naturalized citizen by marriage?

The wiki says Melania obtained her citizenship in 2006, that is year after marrying Trump. She was a permanent resident since 2001.

Somebody else should explain what's the procedure.

There are multiple paths to permanent residency/green card, though once you have that, the path to citizenship is relatively short and straightforward: https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/eligibility-categories.

If you were not born physically inside the United States or to (a) parent(s)* who are US citizens, you cannot become President or Vice President of the United States.

*whether one or both parents need to be citizens is unclear, IIRC
