Oklahoma comes very close, but Oklahoma County voted for Obama in the 2008 primaries and voted for Clinton in the 2016 primaries, in addition to Osage.

Oklahoma comes very close, but Oklahoma County voted for Obama in the 2008 primaries and voted for Clinton in the 2016 primaries, in addition to Osage.

It's amusing Oklahoma Panhandle went from Hillary in 2008 to Randall Terry in 2012 to Bernie in 2016.
