In context, probably a fiscal conservativeTM with a particular animus toward the Bush family. Probably not too enthusiastic about social conservatism in general (that Buchanan vote was likely more a protest vote than an endorsement of Buchanan's ideology)

I would say a somewhat populist (in tone moreso than in policy) right-leaner who is very dovish on foreign policy.
