No, immigration certainly won't be the biggest issue in the Democratic primaries. As for the general, it wasn't even the biggest thing in 2016, which became more about scandals and personal attacks, so I doubt it will be next time around.

No, voters will care more about social issues.

Unfortunately I agree. And that's why the US is so incredibly polarized at this point.
