I am currently in the process of trying to draw fair District maps of every state, and calculate election results for the Districts, and am currently stuck at Connecticut.

The reason is that everywhere I search, I am unable to find a reliable source of election results for the state that displays in a way that it suitable for use.

It is fine if it only goes into the Township level, because all the Townships are kept whole in this map.

Election results there are not in any functional format.

If you’re going to do historic election result research, get used to results being in crappy pdfs. That’s part of the program. Copy and paste the relevant pdf pages (if you’re lucky), get a program that can convert pdfs to spreadsheets (which probably won’t work anyway) or suck it up and enter the data manually (that always works).
