Scott Wagner's new deplorable sign to smear Wolf and Fetterman (Fetterman recently posted this in Instagram). Wagner is running neck-in-neck with Mr. DeSantis of Florida for the most screwed up Republican candidate this cycle.

At least DeSantis still has a chance, Wagner does not.

My hardcore Republican Soft-Trump supporter father just called me today and said he can't support Wagner. He wants to write-in Fetterman.

Most PA Republicans are Moderate Conservatives and Wagner isn't doing well with his base

Same with my angry old white guy dad.  He’s disgusted with Wagner and is going to either write-in or vote Libertarian.

Can confirm the trend. My very Republican grandmother said she thought Wagner's job (waste management) was very in line with how he talks ("Spikes" comment) and that he's horrible. She said she still likes Tom Wolf too, surprisingly.

If Wagner is even turning off hard R's then this is going to be a disaster for him.

Wagner winning the special election for his Senate seat was a fluke, and he barely even won the primary this year against some unknown named "Paul Mango".

If you were part of the LGBTQ+ community in Pennsylvania, Paul Mango was VERY well known for his disgusting views about trans* people.  As much as I dislike Wagner, Mango would have been worse, so I'm glad I was able to vote to take him out on the primary, even though it meant Wagner winning.    Cry

As an R in PA, do you expect a lot of your fellow Rs to vote Wolf? It would appear, anecdotally, that a lot of Rs are so put off with Wagner that they're either voting Wolf or leaving it blank.

I expect a lot of them to think about it, but I also expect most non-swing Republicans to step into the voting booth and vote Wagner anyway.  However, I do think, if the polling we have of PA bears out, that the small amount of Rs who cross over+energized Dem turnout will push Wolf close to 60%.

I've been keeping month by month predictions for my states (and districts ratings) since the primaries.

Here's what I have for Gov. if the numbers don't add to 100 that is for other parties

May:Wagner 51.4 Wolf 48
June:Wagner 50.4 Wolf 48.9
July:Wolf 52.5 Wagner 46
August:Wolf 53.8 Wagner 46
September:Wolf 55 Wagner 40
October(FINAL):Wolf 56 Wagner 41

Hoping we get a last Franklin and Marshall + Muhelenberg poll. Frustrated that we haven't gotten a new poll in a MONTH.

That doesn't even make sense. Wolf has already been Governor for four years and Pennsylvania doesn't look much like Venezuela to me. Wagner is pathetically desperate.

I'd imagine Wolf's handling of Pittsburgh would prop him up.

Not to mention we haven't gotten a poll since "golf spikes"-gate either.

I wouldn't be surprised if Wolf cleared 60%.

My hardcore Trumpist father despises Wagner and was beyond relieved to learn Wolf is way ahead. Seems others here have had the same experience. I find it surprising so many conservatives/right leaners hate Wagner. Steve Bannon talked about him as if he were the new Trump.

Wagner is so screwed up, that's beyond belief...

I wonder whether John Fetterman will dress differently once in office?

Anybody have a resource/list of the key PA State House districts that indicate a wave there?

Wolf won more than 2014, but you wouldn't know from looking at the map.

2014 (55%-45%):

2018 (58%-41%):
