I'd say pure toss up to slight tilt trump. Harris will probably get a big turnout out of Philly, but will be swamped in the big T.

Why would she do any worse than Clinton in a year Trump will do worse nationally?  Lean D.

Tossup, but Harris would win it. Trump only won the state by .7%. Anybody with even an ounce more popularity than Clinton could carry the state.

All Harris (or any other Democratic nominee, for that matter) needs to do is invest heavily in northeastern PA (Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and surrounding areas) in order to win PA back.

Lean Harris. All that she (or any other Democrat) will need to do is to recognize that she can lose the state if she takes it for granted.

I'd say toss-up. Harris would slightly favored with Sherrod Brown or Tim Ryan as VP.

Likely Democratic with Biden, lean Democratic with Bullock, Klobuchar or Brown.

Lean Trump, since I believe Trump will be re-elected. Toss-up with Warren, Lean D with Sanders/Biden.

I suspect Harris is more likely to lose WI than Pa.

I think the other way round. Dems outperformed 2012 in Philadelphia. Hillary got 39000 fewer votes in milwaukee and lost the state by 27000 votes.

This. I suspect Harris is more likely to lose WI than PA.

This is ridiculous that we are rating a hypothetical matchup two and a half years out, but I have a suspicion Trump would eke it out again against Harris. All he needs to do is crank up the racist RINO vote.

Well, RINO Tom voted for Clinton, so I’m sure he (and most other RINOs) wouldn’t mind voting for Harris either. Wink

Don't be so sure, pal!  Harris isn't as White as Clinton, and RINOs are known racists.

Pure toss-up. We don't know much about what kind of campaign Harris would run.

If campaigns mattered that much then Drumpf never woulda gotten anywhere near the White House

I agree with you but I still think it's a Tossup.

Tilt Harris whom should be able to hold Philly with Hillary's numbers and improve turnout in Pittsburgh, also, Hillary probably hit the floor in the Lehigh Valley and Erie areas.

I guess you have a crystal ball. You should've used it before the 2016 election.
