I think the other way round. Dems outperformed 2012 in Philadelphia. Hillary got 39000 fewer votes in milwaukee and lost the state by 27000 votes.

This is ridiculous that we are rating a hypothetical matchup two and a half years out, but I have a suspicion Trump would eke it out again against Harris. All he needs to do is crank up the racist RINO vote.

Well, RINO Tom voted for Clinton, so I’m sure he (and most other RINOs) wouldn’t mind voting for Harris either.
