Bellwether: Jefferson (since 2008)
Anti Bellwether: Fort Bend (since 2008)

Georgia
Bellwether: Bryan, Twiggs, Quitman (since 2008)
Anti Bellwether: Cobb, Gwinnett, Henry (since 2008)

Washington
Bellwether: Grays Harbor, Pacific, Cowlitz and Mason (since 2008)
Anti Bellwether: Whitman (since 2012)

North Carolina
Bellwether: Bladen, Granville, Martin (since 2004), Richmond and Robeson (since 2008), Nash (since 2012)
Anti Bellwether: Watauga (since 2012)

Both Orange County CA and Anne Arundel in MD voted the other way in all three elections since 2008, in addition to the four you mentioned.

As for cities in MI...

Bellwether: Sterling Hts, MI (pop. 132000) (and many other cities and counties, such as Saginaw Co.)
Anti-bellwether: Troy, MI (pop. 83000) (and other communities, such as Birmingham, MI)

I mention Troy and SH because they are adjacent cities (they share a 6-mile common border along the Oakland-Macomb county line) and are larger than many US counties. Unsurprisingly, the proportion of university graduates, as well as persons with advanced degrees, is much higher in Troy than in Sterling Heights.
