Considering how low the turnout is and how well the prog challengers are doing, I think we can conclude that this election kinda resembles a caucus in who is showing up - the most motivated and therefore the very partisan.

Chelsea Manning is currently getting 5% of the vote. LMAO.

Has there ever been so much ink spilled on a candidate that gets less than most random no names do?

I voted for Segal, lol

I would have thought Obama's pardon of Manning made her more palatable to the dem base but apparently not....Dem voters in Maryland are pretty establishment and don't tend to back weird offbeat candidates like Manning.

So... does Crowley have a chance at coming back, or is this a done deal? (Asking people more familiar with how each parts of the district are still out and how it pertains to the winner of the contest)

Considering that he’s doing worse on his home turf than the Bronx, I think it’s more or less a done deal

New York turnout is really pathetic. Are we sure these results are legit?

The last primary for Crowleys district has 16k votes total i believe

That's really horrible.   If Dems win a trifecta this year they really need a total revamp of the entire primary process to make this easier or something.

If the NY Senate flips and crooked Cuomo is spooked sufficiently enough then its doable

Beautiful seeing all the crookedness of NY politics come crashing down....no IDC, no party machine goons like Crowley, a 4 way Govs race to challenge Cuomo

Can't wait to see the hot takes about how Dems are going to have a harder time winning the House because of a primary in a D+29 PVI and Clinton+57 district.

Gillibrand really shot herself in the foot with NY-14. She could've endorsed her own "shift to the left" image and endorse Ocasio, but nope. This makes her look bad with the more progressive side of the aisle.

On another note..  Cuomo is lucky he wasn't running tonight!

I mean, he's leading by 35% because Nixon hasn't been able to connect with the base she needs. He would have been fine tonight.
