If Bush had to replace Cheney, he's not picking someone pro-choice.

If he is picking someone from the cabinet, it's probably Rumsfeld, Powell (if he wants a landslide) or Ashcroft.

If the POD is Ridge being selected as VP in 2000, I doubt Bush carries FL due to suppressed pro-life turnout among Evangelicals in the Panhandle.
