No one. I don't think anyone would have. Maybe someone who knows Roy Moore personally?

Yeah, that's the problem. Maybe he/she still hated the GOP too much in 2008/2012 because his grandparents did and an openly racist GOP nominee was the final drop in the bucket that finally got him/her to vote GOP.

Or maybe it was just a very poor voter. In 2012 45% of the poorest whites identified as Dem vs 43% who identified as Republican but Trump definitely carried whites earning less than $30k (probably by a decent margin). And Trump was the gateway drug for voting other GOP candidates, especially when they're as racist as Roy Moore.

EDIT: didn't see it was about a Hillary/Moore voter. I still go for a very poor openly racist Deep South white who has some Clinton nostalgia and wouldn't vote for 'vulture capitalists' and 'neocons' like Romney or McCain but gladly voted for someone openly racist. Said person probably married off his/her daughter when she was 14 so I don't think he/she would have cared about pedophilia allegations. Then again, there are about 10 of these persons in existence, so this is extremely unlikely. More likely is someone who crossed the wrong box, but that answer kinda defeats the purpose of this thread.

I'd say it's someone who is a life-long democrat, probably a moderate, not highly educated. Votes for Obama as the "Change" candidate, and angry over the GOP influenced recession. Reluctantly votes to re-elect Obama due to a distaste due to the "Jerkface Rich-Guy" Romney image (plus 47%). Is disgusted in 2016 due to options, yet supports Hillary due to the lifelong Democrat affiliation. Then finally breaks through in 2016/2017, as finally believing in the liberal elite's wants putting back America. Believes America is is being invaded by immoral, Liberal Democrats, and support's Moore's Christian-oriented agenda. Strongly believes the Moore accusations are lies.

The best I could do, probably doesn't work though.

I got it. An "anti-establishment," self-identifying Socialist that decided to hold their nose and vote for Clinton anyway in spite of how angry they were that Sanders lost. Following Clinton's defeat in 2016, this voter decided that they were done with Democratic Party; that they believe threw away the election by nominating Clinton. Letting their spite take priority over their interests, they voted for Roy Moore in the senate election without shame because the Democratic establishment, to them, is the greater evil, even in the form of Doug Jones, than a reactionary pedophile.

Alot of these WWC voters have been turned off by Donald Trump. Granted, they support him, but just like Dubya in 2006; however, he has bet the farm on these unwarrented tax give away to rich, and has failed to deliver on bringing down deficit and entitlement reform

Does not exist. A Obama/Moore voter may exist but not a Hillary/Moore exist. This excludes options of massive ideological shifts and just voting for the wrong person.
