I'm just popping in to say that I think it is important that everyone has rights that are secured by law. I don't find anything in this bill to be disagreeable at all either.

In summary, I lean towards supporting it.

Yeah I need to amend the enforcement part. I dont think the bill appreciates the number of federal employees it will take to physically visit every single school just to say hi. Im ironing out the fix.

I suppose the number of federal agents needed for that section is rather extravagant.

I have nothing further to add at this point. I am a little skeptical of the federal government claiming such power against local schools, and had originally intended to limit this to Tribal/Military run schools/Galludet University, and then pushing for Regional equivalents ... but I've been busy, and the amendment has alleviated my main concern. So unless anyone has anything further to add, I think we can try for a vote in a few days. I want to allow new-Senator Ninja a chance to review the changes, as he was the original bill's author in the House.

With 24 hours having passed without objection, a final vote now opens.

Senators will have 72 hours to vote on this bill or until all Senators have cast their votes on this bill, whichever comes first.
